Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

Custom or Personalized Items: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation, as we take special care to create your unique pieces.

You’ll receive a shipping notification once your order is on its way.

Delivery Time
Local Delivery (within Nigeria) : 2–7 business days

International Delivery: 7–21 business days

Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our kits, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

We’ll be happy to offer a solution such as a replacement part or store credit, depending on the situation.
