A: For ready-to-ship items, we dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Lagos: Delivery takes 1–3 business days.
Outside Lagos: 3–7 business days.
International orders: 7–30 days, depending on the destination
Q2: Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
A: Yes, we do! You can add notes, greeting cards, or small treats to your order. Simply click on the Gift Card & Personalisation option during checkout to see what’s available.
Q3: Can I place a bulk order?
A: Absolutely. For kit orders of 30 pieces and above, please notify us at least 3 months in advance to ensure your desired items are available.
Q4: Do you customize kits for birthdays and other special events?
A: Yes! We can personalize kits to suit birthdays, workshops, or themed events. Contact us 3 months ahead to begin preparations. An 80% deposit is required when placing the order, with the remaining 20% due upon completion.
Q5: Do you offer payment on delivery?
A: No, we don’t. Full payment is required to confirm and process every order.
Q6: How long do pre-order items take?
A: Pre-order items are available within 15–25 days from the date of purchase.
Q7: Do you offer workshops or event engagements?
